Arizona State Board of Pharmacy - Complaint against CVS Pharmacy Temporized / Subverted

                                                         

C.V.S. Pharmacy investigated by Arizona State Board of Pharmacy - Compliance Officer Ed Hunter does no real verification or follow up of facts before issuing findings. azjusticenews.org, exposes the truth that shows clearly, public corruption reaches right into the corporate and investigative offices of those paid to protect the public, however, our revelation of truth clearly makes it known that even the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy has no real intention of examining the truth. The complaint is being forwarded for formal appeal. Staff Pharmacist, Natalie Gillis of Glendale Arizona and Jason Peters of Glendale Arizona, Misty English - allegedly a Pharmacy Tech and, Pharmacist in Charge Shahram Hosseini of the behind the counter accomplices all stretch the truth and embellish statements given to the Board, amounting to serious violations of omission and orchestrated absence of truth being presented with the worst of all coming from an entirely hearsay account by the so called "Chief Pharmacist" or "In Charge" Hosseini not even present but on the bandwagon of job protection in place of truth telling showing the corporate pattern of discrepancy and willingness to subvert integral process apparently with an equally discrepant Board supporting false contentions unsubstantiated until now entirely proven to be untrue and falsified allegations designed to escape corporate liability and promote agenda of public corruption and continue assault on the character of those reporting dangers to the public by C.V.S. Pharmacy.

Also incriminated are employees, Allisia Johnson, assistant manager, Debra Novak, Shift B Supervisor, Jess Zulberti, Photo Lab Supervisor, and, solicited Kenneth Gill, alleged Business Owner in proximity to C.V.S. Store and Pharmacy at 59th Avenue & Union Hills in Glendale Arizona.
