Officer John Naehrbass Deposition - Erah ehh Ha ah... ha, Rather, Inter-View or "InnerView" in
the "conversations with johnny" sense of the experiment or thought adjustment at hand, anyway this
portion of the guys either statement, testimony, potty mouth or interview answers, seems the court wanted this
eventually published because it surfaces in news context now because it is public interest and under a
constitutional freedom of press and, oh heck, lets just plead this whole prayer for relief say... like it's David
Letterman representing himself because he has no money after having been robbed at license point by pettifogger
attorneys, and thereby, make it entirely rather satirical, and thereby, entertaining... shall we? We feel, so do let us know how you feel about it, that perhaps the commentary
of the officer becomes sort of like what a talking "crash test dummy" might say - if ,they
could talk. The film we are making in connection to all of this "interview content" is a not merely a true story and in many respects
if not all respects, but the comedic element like the good old boy relief in the potential "Police Academy" aspect (as in that films sense of parody) has been entirely left out of it, literally. This happens to be the paradox, and or the Dichotomy tot hat and it's no laughing matter so with what little of all due respect remains to extend here as this story must be told out of reporter responsibility if not equal public responsibility
The segment of video below consists of approximately the first 30 minutes of a full 1-hour & 45-minutes (give
or take a few years) however, and notwithstanding the foregoing, this portion is hereby incorporated and made
a part of this broadcast by displaying it to you. We hope you may benefit from it... this is priceless for
training but so candid to discrepancy that a six year old could question this guys credibility base entirely on
simple reasonable logic and so much ambiguity and contradiction in the answers that doing this under oath would
have wrecked this guy, he train wrecked anyway, but, the problem lies in the fact that this interview and the
supporting evidence it relates to just happens to show that in context of equal justice under law, this guy more
likely than not, committed assault with a deadly weapon while wearing a gun and assaulting with excessive force and no probable cause
(laying hands-shoving "out the door" when no crime occurred not in City Hall any more than the false arrest suggests outside it in the parking lot),
second assault with deadly weapon at arms (lunging at a 71 year old woman to turn off...what?), theft of property
(the tape recorder - Ginee's Tape Recorder), and, criminal damage to that tape recorder on top of destruction of
evidence because the recorder and tape end up with Officer John to not give a last name, and the so called
suspect ends up in Sheriff Joe's wonderful digs, how is that happen with no incentive having just given yourself up
on tape regarding, moral turpitude on the job, compelling the public not to honor legal contracts, refusing to
permit legal service to an immediate termination of a lease agreement based on admitted domestic violence, assault commited to a woman with a P.O.
and all happening under direct interference of judicial order - a standing order of protection naming imminent danger of bodily
harm and or death, now there's a giant Police Failure to serve and protect huh? Now even worse, there's giant huge colossal gargantuan reason indeed or out right criminal motive to make a false arrest, right? Of course right, that tape in the old tape recorder was a must have for good old boy john here, or rather, john boy oye vey! Well you just gotta do one major cop crime to facilitate another now like get ready, get set... destruction of evidence in a case where you are virtually the only cop and the arresting officer too, now who can't see why all this happened, come on now johny, moma and ginee in heaven all know it, you can come clean now we've made the thought adjustment, the internet is calling you to the power of reform now, lot's of people need your help with this ethics problem you showed us, can't side with evil too long now, it's like know when to fold em for you now, the thought adjustment is over now... john... ah, johny are you running from the truth?
This Guy is Under Subpoena but 5 Minutes before Judge Anagnost order it not to be done Under Oath... Hmmm why would a Judge give a Cop Permission therefore to lie? How about 50 years for the Cop's Crimes... Two Peoria Police Officers are now on report for hindering prosecution, and, the new Chief Ratcliff, well he claims he doesn't know about it, and, Lt. Collier, well he can't keep an appointment either, so what did the City spend over a Half Million Dollars last year to clean up the department get? Why do you suppose the City Court Clerk Rose got away with embezzeling about $300,000.00 from the court at the same time this went on? We thinks that is cost tons to try so hard to destroy people who know the truth about the City of Peoria, Obstructions of Justice by City Attorney Kemp, violations of Civil Rights by Judge Agnostic, er ah, Anagnostic and that's why those who should know better prevent even Cops from EVER being directly examined under oath who are falsely arrested, set up, and repeatedly attacked by liar cops and crooked Judges, so watch for planes flying into our buildings because stupid City Governments and our whole Judicial System broadcasts to the world that Equal Justice Under Law, Liberty and Justice For All means nothing to the people We The People pay to be sure of it... Duhhhh maybe Due Process means Due Resignations and Indictments are what they prefer to doing the right job in the first place. Oh, and did we mention ENDANGERING WOMEN AND CHILDREN repeatedly now for more than 7 years as a "continued course of conduct" and "pattern of unlawful activity?" No need to, we all know and can see that, hell even the so called defense lawyer is in on this game, but ah, eh, well...
