Peoria Arizona Police Attack Residents Without Orders or Warrant or any Legal Authority Whatsoever

Maricopa Superior Court Deputy Chief Administrator, Karen Westover (also and attorney) confirms after residents get three month run around from Judge Karen O'Conner, one of several Maricopa County Judges under scrutinity and or investigation for facillitating elder abuse and abusing power in Arizona's Probate/Mental Health Court in Maricopa County.

After being held up as prisoners in their own home, Mr. Karr and Ms. Stone finally get a call back from the Maricopa County Superior Court, Deputy Administrator Karen Westover. Westover confirms, the April 18, 2008 Ambush Attack and Assaults were carried out by Corrupt Police Officers in collusion with Magelian Health Services of Arizona, Inc., employees Norman Sartor and Matthew Fisher.

The unconcionable physical abuse is directly related to the residents having reported police officers for stalking and harassing as they did with Mr. Karr's Mother before she was "systemically murdered" in Maricopa County.

The residents Mr. Karr and Ms. Stone also had been documenting, videotaping and recording phone calls demonstrating Magellan Health Services of Arizona, Inc., is actively engaged in intentionally commiting Federal Health Care Crimes.

This video shares that recorded call with the public and also has the footage of the attack and assaults against Mr. Karr and Ms. Stone in it at the key moments when the discussion with Ms. Westover speaks to the harassment and never ending abuse the police continue to inflict.

Westover is quoted as stating: "On a scale of one to ten, I would put you at about a hundred" with regard to the stress level these civil rights violations and federal crimes have caused Mr. Karr and Ms. Stone.
